Common questions
Do I need to register for VAT in Saudi Arabia?
Businesses above the mandatory registration threshold must register for VAT with ZATCA; businesses below it may register voluntarily. We can assess this during your consultation.
What's the difference between Zakat and Corporate Tax?
Zakat applies to the Saudi/GCC-owned share of a company's net worth, while Corporate Tax applies to the foreign-owned share of profits. Many entities pay a blend of both, calculated proportionally.
Do I need Fatoora e-invoicing if I'm a small business?
ZATCA has phased in Fatoora requirements across taxpayer groups over time. We can confirm which phase applies to your business and get your systems compliant.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on your business size and needs. We agree a fixed monthly or annual fee upfront, after a free initial consultation. See our Pricing page for illustrative tiers.
